Carved stone post by the A3059, in parish of ST COLUMB MAJOR (RESTORMEL District), Brookland, West of garage/café, road improved in 2007. Milestone lifted and reinstated, on South side of road. Erected by the Local Highways Board in the 19th century. Now badly damaged. Inscription once read:- : NEWQUAY / 6 MILES : : ST COLUMB / 1¼ MILES : Carved benchmark and rivet on top. Grade II listed.
