Early 18th century, Listed Grade II. Substantially renovated in around 2018 as a residential annexe; the condition in 2007 when the ridge sagged in places, the walls were out of plumb and the building was whitewashed, can be seen in the Images of England picture on the Listing page https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1370171
