Monument Mall, Blackett Street

This block of shops at the east end of Blackett Street has had a checkered history. Originally built in the 1890's, it was rebuilt entirely in 1989-92, retaining only the front facades of the buildings. In 2011-12, it went through another rebuilt to create new shops internally.
