An interesting feature about this exclusive estate on the outskirts of Hexham is that although adjacent to the more plebian Wyford Park and Highford Park estates, there is no connection except by a narrow untarred footpath. The only road access from the town centre is by a circuitous route up Eastgate and Dipton Mill Road.
