Monday morning at Waitrose. No flour, yeast, rice, pasta, milk, tinned beans and other pulses and, of course, loo rolls. Being Scotland, no shortage of fruit and veg. Irresponsible and selfish behaviour of the public, by not responding to advice not to panic buy, and of the stores, by not imposing rationing for staples.
