Lingen still has an active Methodist chapel that does all types of interesting things! On Thursdays from 1:30pm-3:30pm, there is an art class that teach people how to paint with watercolours. Sometimes, they even play films here as part of a club called 'Lingen Flix'. Yesterday (before I visited), they played a film about L.S. Lowry. This chapel was built as a primitive Methodist chapel in 1877.
