Gorton Mount Hotel was designed by the architect Edward Hartley Hacking in 1933 for J G Swales Naval Brewery, Hulme. https://manchestervictorianarchitects.org.uk/buildings/gorton-mount-hotel-187-mount-roadduras-road-gorton At one time it was a Boddington's pub. It closed as a pub in 2016 http://www.closedpubs.co.uk/lancashire/manchester_m18_gortonmount.html and reportedly converted into a restaurant. On some hotel booking sites it is still being advertised as having some rooms with sea views! Image
