A small bus terminus next to Walthamstow St James Street railway station. Buses on routes 212 and 275 terminate here, to relieve pressure on the bus station at Walthamstow Central a short distance away. The two buses closest to the camera are zero-emission electric vehicles. They are powered by batteries which are charged overnight while the buses are parked in their depot. This image was taken on 7th March 2020, the first day that these vehicles operated on route 212. The buses were brand new.
