Grade II listed: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1035458 A former lodge from the early 19th century. Although there is no connection to them now, it is believed to have served a number of Regency and mid-Victorian villas on the south-facing slope of Cliff Hill on this north side of Warwick. Some survive, tucked away among later developments.
