The particulars described the location of 1,243 sq ft (115 sq m) as a former advertising site on the A256 London Road at the junction with Churchill Street in a mixed commercial/residential area, about ½ mile from the town centre, within a conservation area and a mile from the seafront https://www.strettons.co.uk
