Commercial mixed woodland owned by the Belvoir Estate. There are numerous tracks, some of which are waymarked for public access by the Estate to complement the public footpath network. The woods, named after the villages in the Vale below, are along the slopes of the long hill which bounds the Vale of Belvoir on its SE side. The castle sits in a commanding point at the end of the high ground. See adjoining squares to get the full picture.
