Carved stone post by the B3301, in parish of HAYLE (PENWITH District), Fore Street, by Cornish Arms PH, in forecourt by pub sign, on South side of road. Hayle facets, erected by the Hayle Bridge Causeway turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : HAYLE / PENZANCE / 8 MILES / LAND'S END / 18 : : HAYLE / CAMBORNE / 6 MILES / REDRUTH / 9 / TRURO / 18 : Grade II listed.
