Carved stone post by the A393, in parish of GWENNAP (CARRICK District), Comford, on the fast narrow climb heading South, 10m Northwest of the public footpath, buried in the hedge, on North side of road. Penryn marker, erected by the County Council in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- : (PENRYN / 5 MILES / FALMOUTH / 7 MILES) : : (REDRUTH / 3 MILES / CAMBORNE / 6 MILES) : Cornwall & Scilly HER.
