Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//19/01377 for a “proposed single-storey rear/side extension, 1 rear dormer with skylight and detached outbuilding to rear, together with replacement of upvc windows and doors with timber to front, installation of 1 roof light to front and new front garden fence and railings”.
