Carved stone post by the A3083, in parish of GUNWALLOE (KERRIER District), Polwin, Mainlay, near Garras, on bend by farm gate, on East side of road. Erected by the Local Highways Board in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- FROM HELSTON III MILES Carved benchmark on lower face. Cornwall & Scilly HER.
