Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//17/01899 for “proposed alterations and extension including increase in ridge height to provide retention of retail unit, change of use from ancillary office/storage and flat to 1 x 2 bedroom flat, together with 2 additional 2 x bedroom flats, with balconies to front, terrace to side/rear and provision of roof terrace”.
