The Grade II listed pub is currently threatened with closure. A Facebook group has been set up to fight for the retention of this community facility https://www.facebook.com/groups/SaveTheGodley/ It seems to have acquired some satellite dishes but lost its sign since I last photographed it in 2011 Image
