This notice is located on the Aylesbury Arm section of the Grand Union Canal by Watery Lane HP23 4LY. It has the following wording: Welcome to Aylesbury Arm Locks 1 & 2 These are the only staircase locks on the Grand Union South Waterway. The middle gate joins the top and bottom locks. Please ensure the bottom lock is empty and paddles closed before emptying the top lock.
