This turns out to be an unexpectedly historic property in what is an otherwise modern suburb of Huddersfield. Grade II listed as "Nether Hall Barn", also a Scheduled Ancient Monument, and dated as "18th Century or older" (list entries 1005776 and 1231771). See also Image
