This building on Erdington High Street stands next to the former Cross Keys pub (public house) at the junction with Station Road. It is the former premises of Sign Service of which a trace remains on the wall here 'DESIGNERS AND MANUFACTURERS OF ALL TYPES OF SIGNS'. The building is now the home of the Abbey Fire Centre Ltd (Limited) suppliers of stoves, fires and fireplaces. Time photo taken 1.02 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
