Dispensary Lane and Galen House

This lane opens off Low Friar Street, in Newcastle's city centre. Galen House at the top of the street was built in 1901 as a medicines manufactory and offices. Galen was a famous medieval doctor. The building was converted into flats in the late 20th century.
