Exiting the field, the path then crosses an un-named lane and passes through this gap to descend steeply through a small patch of woodland to join Hawks Lane. The walk starts and ends near Chedworth Roman villa and takes in Chedworth Woods and Chedworth Airfield as well as passing through the village of Chedworth.
