Railway Carriage at Exmouth

This railway carriage is in use as a café on the sea front at Exmouth. Its location is in front of a large building housing a huge model railway layout. It was formerly in use on British Railways and latterly was used as a café at Minehead. It is a TSO (Tourist Second Open) and its capital stock number is 4039.
