Shortwood Lodge Golf Club has been closed, with the intention of selling developers to build houses on part of the site. The modern clubhouse has all the provisions for a golf establishment, including solar panels, bar facilities and a good car park, but now faces an uncertain future. The single building offers nearly 6,000 sq ft of flooring and is on the market for about £45,000.
