Originally one of a symmetrical pair (no 208 which lay to the left now seems to have been demolished) which were built in the mid 19th century. No 210 here attracted its Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101076343-210-hagley-road-b16-edgbaston-ward#.XiAUYMj7RPY & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1076343 in 1982. The building is now known as Henbury Court, and operates as a sheltered housing scheme.
