A fine mid 19th century town house, which is now a small hotel close to the centre of Birmingham, was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101076342-cavalier-house-edgbaston-ward#.XiASAcj7RPY & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1076342 in 1982.
