Now converted to the Edgbaston Palace Hotel, nos 198 & 200 were built in the early 19th century as a pair of symmetrical semis, and were Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101343053-198-and-200-hagley-road-b16-edgbaston-ward#.XiAQPsj7RPY & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1343053 in 1982.
