This shows the Caldon Canal east of Hanley Park, looking north as the Caldon Canal meanders towards Stockton Brook, Endon, Cheddleton and Froghall. Modern apartments have replaced industry on the left, but ahead, the buildings belonging Endeka Ceramics Ltd used to accommodate the manufacturer of raw materials for that industry. I think they stopped trading c2016. Maybe someone local can inform us what is happening there now.
