This pub is easy to miss at the far end of a cul-de-sac leading off Grosvenor Road. It dates from around 1835 and was at one time known as the 'Tavern in the Graveyard', a reference to a Quaker burial ground in the area. The pub is nowadays well known for its selection of real ales.
