Planning permission has been granted by Swale Borough Council under application number 18/502348/FULL for a “proposed development on the former steel rolling mill site comprising demolition of remaining structures and removal of ground slabs, other foundations and vegetation clearance, remediation and ground improvement; ecological and surface water drainage improvements; land raising to form a development platform between a minimum of 4.91 m to a maximum of 5.31 m above ordnance datum (AOD)”. Taken from Thomsett Way, this view shows the Image It used to be the site of Istil (UK) plc.
