A drainage channel near Mitcham in south London. The channel flows into the River Wandle. The path to the right of the channel forms part of the Wandle Trail, and is also on the route of National Cycle Network route 20. This image was taken on an afternoon in early January. The sun was low in the sky and the shadows were long.
