The Wealdway passing Ifield Court

The Wealdway is a long distance path running from Gravesend via the River Medway, Ashdown Forest and the South Downs to Eastbourne. Here the Wealdway passes Ifield Court. Ifield Court is a three storey late 18th century brown brick house, built on to a 15th century manor. The 18th century part is on the right here and the 15th century part is on the left. Between Christmas and New Year the weather was rather bleak and cold, and after much rain the paths were muddy.
