No flytipping!

This notice has been posted in a lay-by on the byway between Broomley and Ridley Mill. Although a notice at either end of the byway advises that the road is unsuitable for motors, it is not impassable, hence the problem. Whilst in no way condoning the practice of flytipping, it is hard to believe that this remote spot really is being overseen by closed circuit television.
