In this part of Worcester, Mabbs Close is an anomaly. It abuts one of the Warndon Villages - Harley-Whitefort - but the street name sign does not indicate that it is part of any of the Warndon Villages. This is because it is a more recent development that succeeded the villages and was squeezed onto a plot left between Harley-Whitefort and the A4440.
