Gate Inn Bridge near Amington in Staffordshire

Gate Inn Bridge is No 69 across the Coventry Canal east of Tamworth. Originally it was a farm accommodation bridge, but the pasture has long gone, and housing has replaced it. Now it is purely an access footbridge to the towpath from Tamworth Road, by the Gate Inn off to the right. Bridges 65 to 70 in Amington are all Grade II listed. Looking east towards Polesworth and Atherstone.
