Wedi ei chysegru i Santes Cain mae'r eglwys bresennol yn dyddio o 1871 pan ddymchwelwyd yr hen adeilad adfeiliedig canoloesol. Dedicated to St Cain the present church dates from 1871 when the medieval dilapidated church was demolished.
