The St David's Online website records that St David's Centre is a newly refurbished and well equipped building suitable for all sorts of meetings and gatherings. The building has a main meeting hall seating up to 120 people, three smaller meeting rooms for 8-30 people, a modern kitchen serving hot meals for up to 100 people and excellent audiovisual facilities. It was originally the local secondary school. When that closed, it became the local authority Youth Centre. St David's Church bought the building in 2002. After the disastrous floods of July 2007 extensive work was undertaken to provide the facility as it is today.
