Planning permission has been granted by Dartford Borough Council under application number 14/00615/FUL for the “demolition of the existing single storey rear extensions and erection of a five storey building to the rear of the existing building to provide 1, three bedroom, 6, one bedroom, and 4, two bedroom flats (11 units in total), car parking spaces, and additional floor space for the use of the existing public house”. Planning permission was also granted under application number 14/00665/LBC for an application for Listed Building Consent.
