Office block built in 1985 on the site of the Leatherhead Gas & Lighting Company showrooms (which themselves were built on the site of the Old Bull Inn, demolished in 1925) and The Red House, latterly used by Leatherhead Urban District Council. Fairmount House is currently used by Surrey County Council.
