Almost identical to its neighbour on the right Image, no 13 was also built around 1860, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101219962-13-portland-road-b13-edgbaston-ward#.XdTzGFf7RPY & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1219962 in 1978.
