Almost identical to its immediate neighbour on the right Image apart from a lack of the ground floor bay window, no 9 was also built in about 1860, and attracted a Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101291225-9-portland-road-b13-edgbaston-ward#.XdTv6lf7RPY & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1291225 in 1978. It currently appears to be in use as offices.
