Former commercial building on the corner of Gellatly St

An attractive stone building almost opposite the former custom house, and like the latter building, looking rather disused. It is category 'B' listed, but there is little other information available apart from the fact that it appears to date from the first decade of the 20th century. Finely carved royal coat of arms above the entrance.
