This window is one of two that were originally in the Free Kirk which was demolished in the 1950s. It commemorates Anne Ross Cousin, née Cundell (1824-1906), who was the author of several hymns. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anne_Ross_Cousin. The other window commemorates another woman who composed hymns, but its whereabouts are not known.
