The sturdy symmetry of the building and its siting so close to the road make it pretty clear that this was once a pub. The name 'Cricketers House' over the entrance (albeit in small letters) puts the matter beyond doubt - and gives a hefty clue as to its former name. Photo taken at dusk in the second week of November.
