Built around 1800 as a house, and then modified with the insertion of the ground floor shop; Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101247037-19-college-hill-shrewsbury#.Xb34fej7TIU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1247037 in January 1953. All three floors appear to be a bridal dress shop at present.
