Birmingham Canal Navigations. The Oozells Street Loop is seen south-west of Sheepcote Street Bridge. The canal here is a remnant from the original meandering 1772 line to Wolverhampton. Old canalside factories have been replaced by modern regeneration in the last thirty years. The 1930s warehouse on the left has been converted into apartments. Birmingham Canal Navigations. Public towpath access is not permitted except to Sherborne Wharf Ltd during business hours.
