This street art which was painted by Andy O'Rourke took 11 days to do and features owls, bees and flowers. It was created as part of a campaign to promote the Ebbw Fach nature trail and was funded by Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Natural Resources Wales. After initial reticence the artist reported a growing interest and support for his work in transforming a pedestrian ramp to the nearby Ebbw Vale Clinic and Civic Centre - seen in the background. The artist reported that, "It seems Ebbw Vale was desperate for some colour. People were saying it was the best thing to happen in years."
