I am almost certain this is an old air raid shelter. There are 2 access points, on opposite corners so that if one is blocked by rubble, the occupants might get out a different way. The doors are now blocked by the lighter coloured, newer concrete on that slope, far left. The opposite one is similarly blocked but it is out of sight. Also you can just spot a metal chimney, near centre of shot. Any further comments or suggestions would be welcomed.
