Originally Charteris Memorial, it was built in 1912. In 1953 it was renamed Charteris Pleasance, and then became Kirk O' Field Parish Church in 1969. It is now a centre for community and is part of the mission outreach of Greyfriars Kirk. Salisbury Crags are in the distance.
