The red-brick building here was, at the time of its Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101076742-meriden-hotel-meriden#.XaNZiehKjIU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1076742 in 1976, trading as The Meriden Hotel. It dates from the late 18th century, and is now commercial offices.
